Frazier Park Estates

A proposal to build 705 homes (with lot sizes of 6,500 sq feet to over 40,000 sq feet) on 323 acres in LA County and 847 acres in Kern County. Includes in addition a 41 unit multifamily complex and 135K sq feet of commercial space, a new Community Services District, and wastewater and water facilities. We have included comments by local residents and organizations on the DEIR.
